Matthew O. Tuase, the Managing Director / CEO of Forwardtex Mat (Nig.) Limited, possesses a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Engineering, a Diploma in Furniture and Cabinet Making, and a Diploma in Computer Science. He worked for a few years with private construction companies at the level of Project Manager and Operations Manager, before setting up his own company, Forwardtex Mat Nigeria Limited, which has grown into a multinational-level business operating in countries outside Nigeria.

Matthew Tuase stepped out in 1995 to form his company, Forwardtex Mat Nig. Ltd., and since then the company has run three lines of business activities under his managerial leadership. His combined experience, both as an employee and as an employer, spans over two decades in building construction, civil engineering, and the sale of specialized building products. Beyond his ownership of Forwardtex Mat Nigeria Limited, Matthew Tuase has overseen multinational, multimillion-dollar projects across Nigeria.

Mrs. Esther Blessing A. Tuase is the Director of Administration. She possesses a Higher National Diploma in Estate Surveying and Management, is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations.

She worked with the Federal Housing Authority and C.E. Nwogbo & Associates from 2001 to 2006, and has since served as Director of Administration of Forwardtex Mat (Nig.) Ltd, while still managing Nuren Court Estate at Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja.

Mr. Oguntuase O. Olusola Samuel is the Director of Operations. He possesses a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Industrial Safety and Security, and worked with three multinational production companies as an Industrial Maintenance Engineer for 14 years before joining Forwardtex Mat Ltd as Director of Operations.
