Forwardtex Mat (Nig.) Ltd. is a manufacturing, construction, contracting, and consulting firm incorporated in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company on 27th December 1995, under Registration No. RC-284980.
The company was established to provide competitive, high-quality services in building, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering — alongside the production and sale of specialised building materials. Starting with an initial share capital of ₦100,000, Forwardtex Mat has grown to a share capital base of ₦10,000,000 with five shareholder directors.
Headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with an international office in Gaborone, Botswana, we serve clients across Nigeria, West Africa, Eastern Africa, Central Africa, and South America.

We produce a full range of building materials — POP Cement, Gypsum Plaster Board, PVC Laminated Gypsum Board, Mineral Fiber Board, ACP Panels, Stone Coated Metal Roofing Sheets, Metal Studs, and Suspended Ceiling Metal Grids.
Building & Civil Engineering
We design and execute private residential buildings, commercial developments, and road construction projects. With over 22 years of active project delivery across Nigeria, our team brings proven technical expertise to every engagement.
Merchant & Technical Services
We supply and install suspended ceiling systems and a full range of security equipment — CCTV cameras, access control, biometric devices, and bomb detectors. Authorised partner of TeleEye Group, Hong Kong.
